VGP unveils cinematic brand film across Europe.
Created together with SuperRebel.Agency.

When you have a vision, we help you realize it. That’s the message behind the new  international brand film for VGP Group, one of Europe’s leading developers of logistics and semi-industrial real estate and listed on the Brussels Stock Exchange.

The film marks a bold new chapter in the brand’s evolution. Developed by SuperRebel.Agency, it is the centerpiece of VGP’s international campaign, currently live in 18 countries, with full-page ads in the Financial Times and billboards at Europe’s major airports.

This is not corporate communication. This is cinematic branding at scale. Shot in an emotional, high-end style, the film follows everyday Europeans - a runner, a taxi driver, basketball players - all sensing something extraordinary in the air. The vision becomes reality: VGP’s monumental spaces unfolding before their eyes. Bold, smart, tailor-made for clients like Zalando, DPD, Krauss Maffei, and Macron. It took 3 months to produce this video. Not only because the shots were made in several European countries but also because of the enormous time we spent on the VFX. We worked together with a dedicated team of specialists in The Netherlands, UK and Sweden and got a lot of support from the VGP crew and their clients.

The result: a film that merges strategy with emotion, positioning VGP as the benchmark for innovation and vision in logistics real estate. It will live as part of the international campaign, online, and on the new website developed with VGP’s marketing team and the builders of iO.

“This film is a statement. Disruptive for the entire real estate development sector,” says Lodewijk Varossieau, Chief Creative Officer at SuperRebel.Agency. “It’s emotional, visual, and brave, just like the vision VGP brings to every square meter they develop. We are truly proud to have had the honor of creating and producing this film, and we thank VGP for their confidence in our agency, as well as the SuperRebel team who worked day and night to bring this project to life.”

At the core of the campaign:

  • A 129-second brand film premiering at Expo Real 2025 in Munich, produced by Peek Creative Studios (Pakt) and Heist Film London.
  • Three 20-second shorts and global social-first formats.
  • A smart international media strategy by Zuiver Media.

The mission is clear: tell a story that’s emotional, triggering, and relevant for all audiences, from investors and partners to clients and employees.

This campaign proves VGP doesn’t just build spaces. It builds partnerships. Confidence. And a future to believe in. For us, it’s only the beginning of something bigger. We are proud to have been part of this milestone with our dedicated team at SuperRebel.Agencyand even prouder to see this campaign building strong long term partnerships all over Europe.
