Boluda Towage, a towing division of Boluda Corporación Marítima, successfully closed the acquisition of KOTUGSMIT TOWAGE at August
1st 2019.
The transaction strengthens Boluda’s position as a leading operator in Europe, with a new presence in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom. The brand name of Kotug Smit will be changed into 'Boluda Towage'. By the end of december the whole name change has to finalized. SuperRebel.com was already the agency of roster of Kotug Smit and got the challenge to develop a theme for the name change campaign internally and externally and to hel with the redesign of the corporate identity and the website (in cooperation with EnoRm.com). Hoofdsponsor en naamgever van het Nederlands Kampioenschap is de Brabantse snoepproducent Matthijs uit Hoogerheide, die speciaal voor het evenement de Echte Mannekes naar voren heeft geschoven.
