With a mission to Make People Feel Special, YourSurprise sends out millions of personalized gifts. But here's the twist: it’s not just about the gifts, it’s about creating meaningful moments. That’s the real heart of the brand. The challenge? Their visual identity no longer reflected that purpose. It was time for a new chapter. One that felt more personal, more emotional, and more impactful. And throughout it all, one thing had to remain untouched: the brand’s unmistakable playful spark.
Helping YourSurprise take a bold step forward wasn’t just about tweaking the logo or refreshing the colors. It meant redefining the brand at its core, sharpening its story and strengthening its presence. By identifying two key brand archetypes, we set the foundation for a full transformation. From there, we rebuilt everything: a more dynamic logo, a custom color palette rooted in color psychology, typography full of charm and character, warmer photography, and a flexible design system that brings playfulness to every touchpoint.
